It all started with a usability test. Watching regular users book hotels online was a real eye-opener. She found what she wanted, had her credit card handy, and? She failed. Couldn't complete a simple, 5-field long booking form.
That's when we thought: UX is not another fad. It's tangible and real.
Today we digest web analytics, prototype and design architectures, product pages or shopping paths with a 100% focus on user trends, behaviours and needs.
Then we thought. Ok, but we can't just design on-site experiences and pay no attention to the marketing message itself. That's how we got into online marketing.
We like to think, successful marketing is 90% about creativity and passion.
Even email marketing can be exciting when you think out of the box while designing it. We plan and design viral & social media campaigns, loyalty programs or partner marketing systems.
And since we already design online products and market them, it was kind of natural to go full way and assist our clients with more complex matters involving online strategy, content and distribution.
